y=3x+1 (1)

y=5x-3 (2)

To solve this system, we can use the equalize method:

3x+1=5x-3

3+1=5x-3x

4=2x

x=4/2

x=2

Now, substitung x=2 in y=3x+1

y=3(2)+1

y=6+1

y=7

Then, the solution to this system of equation would be: (2, 7)
