Answer: i believe it is 12x²−2x−2

Step-by-step explanation:

(4x−2)(3x+1)

=(4x+−2)(3x+1)

=(4x)(3x)+(4x)(1)+(−2)(3x)+(−2)(1)

=12x²+4x−6x−2

=12x²−2x−2
