What changes were made in Utah during World War 1?

WW1 was good for Utah's economy as it brought about additional demands for farm produce, such as sugar. Also, Utah grew very patriotic during that time, it planted "victory gardens", prohibited teaching German in certain schools and prepared a lot of equipment for soldiers (such as clothes).
